Professional and high quality carpet fitting Ian came to us on the same day after a carpet fitter let us down, and did an absolutely amazing job, best laid carpet I’ve ever seen tbh, in a big, slightly tricky room. New house, beautiful new floors Ian and Dan did such a professional job carpeting and flooring our new build. they were really accommodating with the dates and times, and did most of the job before we moved in. The LVT in the kitchen diner is BEAUTIFUL. so easy to clean and looks amazing. its very weird to have friends compliment the floor! Ian was amazing throughout the buying process and opened the store for us on a day off as we’d been struggling to get to him on our days off. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. Laminate Flooring Ian and Dan are two really professional guys who have recently laid a new Laminate floor in our Kitchen / Diner. They removed the old flooring,and relaid the new flooring including new skirting boards all in one day. The work was carried out to the highest standard, including a thorough clean up afterwards. If you want a good job carried out Ian is you man.

Exceptional Absolutely brilliant service and very experienced fitters. I have underfloor heating & fire doors & I’m on the 4th floor – Ian was excellent at just dealing with all of that without complaint & didn’t try to rip me off like some quotes I received (who charged a huge amount of extra ££ & tried to claim they’d have to get specialists in!) I chose an 80/20 wool mix, Ian’s advice was invaluable & he automatically laid moth proof carpet & provided the best underlay to maintain the heat from the underfloor heating. He knows his trade exceptionally well & is also just a really lovely guy. Polite, friendly & didn’t patronise me because I’m female unlike some carpet companies I had out to quote. Highly recommended & would use again.

Engineered oak floor Ian laid an engineered oak floor throughout our downstairs. The end result is excellent – the floor looks beautiful and feels rock solid underfoot. Ians communication was really good and throughout the job he was professional and pleasant to have around. I would definitely recommend him.

outstanding job Ian provided an outstanding service, from the initial consultation, selection of the materials, quotation, installation and completion of the job. He brought samples to our home, which enabled us to compare several styles and colours of wood and carpet flooring in the actual rooms. We are absolutely thrilled with our new engineered wood flooring, it looks amazing, and it has completely changed our dinner and extension area. Our new carpet on the lounge also looks amazing, the high quality of the materials is noticeable both to the eye and the feel when you walk on it. The installation was quick, even though it involved a section of floor repair, and it was finished to a high standard, with great attention to detail and care to not leave mess or damage behind.We had wanted to do these jobs for many years and looked around a lot before deciding. We came to Ian after someone else recommended him and he did not disappoint. We thoroughly recommend his services !

Fantastic service and quality workmanship We needed carpets for a whole house in a hurry at a very difficult time due to Covid. From the first phone call to Lisa, to completion of the work, which was carried out in a most professional and efficient manner, we could not have been more impressed with the service. Amazing quality and service We decided to have our staircase and landing carpet replaced as it was getting a bit tired After trying the usual larger companies and not getting much inspiration we were told by a friend to try Ian wills carpets and flooring.We are So glad we did!We spent some time in their showroom looking at carpets and discussing our options and decided to go for something different and chose some of there oak flooring.The work was carried out on time and with very little mess or hassle.They were very professional in their attitude to the job and took a lot of time making sure everything was perfect.We were given advice on how to maintain the flooring and are confident that the floor will last for years.It’s hard find tradesmen that work to high standards these days but this company is top class!!

I would absolutely recommend Ian for all your flooring needs. We have used him for supplying and fitting carpets in our old house (he did a great job of the runner on the stairs) and more recently repairing a badly laid floor in our kitchen. Ian went above and beyond in helping us sort out the problems with a floor that he did not lay and then re laid a new floor beautifully. Really trustworthy and skilled.

I am very grateful to Ian and his ‘lads’ for the superb job they did in fitting a new carpet to my hall, stairs and landing. The stairs are open in design and the work was undertaken with much care in matching the pattern and the fitting. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ian and his crew laid wooden flooring through most of our house, including the stairs which were very challenging and did an absolutely superb job. We could not find fault with his service in any way. His experience and advice was invaluable. When it came to choosing the carpets, Ian’s wife was so helpful in their shop, and also gave us fantastic advice based on experience. My advice to anyone reading this, based on my experience, is don’t even think of going to anybody else if you want a proper flooring job done in South Devon.

Ian and Co did some work or us a couple of months ago but moving house and other stuff means that I haven’t done review yet. here it is. When you ask someone to do a job you normally look for knowledge, skill, access to good materials and hard work. Ian and his team have all of this covered in spades! We were nightmare clients with tight deadlines that couldn’t change and other work in the house that interfered with the schedule for the flooring. Ian and his guys worked like blazes to make it work and gave us the advice we needed throughout. I can’t stress enough the knowledge and experience that Ian brings to a job (on seeing the work our builder asked for Ian’s number for his own house). A great man and a great team to work with and a great floor. If Ian’s free don’t go anywhere else.
